$1 Million General Liability Insurance From Thimble While Filming On Location

"Thimble Insurance Services" is the DBA name for Verifly Insurance Services, LLC. Verifly Insurance Services, LLC is an insurance producer (CA License #0K91562) and limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York. Verifly Insurance Services, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arch Insurance Group Inc.

Travel Fees

Travel less than 25 miles is free
Travel over 25 miles is charged at the current US GSA rate ( $0.725 per mile as of 2026-01-01)
Travel with a trailer is charged at the US GSA rate + $0.25 per mile
Travel over an hour away may also incur an hourly rate of $50 /hr
Late events and multi-day events outside of central Ohio may also be charged for room and board

Weather Assurance Plan

For an additional 10% of the quoted price (minimum fee of $250), the weather assurance plan allows the following:

If the event must be canceled due to weather, and the staff has not started driving to the event, then you may reschedule for any date not already booked for no additional fee
If the event must be canceled due to weather, and staff have started driving to the event or have already arrived, then you may reschedule for any date not already booked, and only pay for mileage and time traveling

Data Storage & Transfer Rates

Data storage may incur a daily rate of $1 /tb if media storage is not provided
All data may be deleted after 30 days of contract completion if the client has not provided media storage
Client is responsible for purchasing flash drives or hard drives for data transfer if file sizes are over 25 GB in size

Drone Flights

We can not guarantee quality shoots if wind speeds exceed 10mph.
We will not fly if wind gusts exceed 20mph.
We can not legally fly in fog or rain.
We can not fly in areas where we are unable to obtain authorization, or if a NOTAM is in effect.
Malenky Productions always flies with at least $1 million in liability insurance.
Malenky Productions needs to know the exact locations ahead of time to check airspace and purchase the correct insurance
