Labor rates may include basic equipment such as a 4K camera, standard lenses, and on camera mics. Additional production rates will apply to productions using 6K cameras, 12k cameras, lights, Zeiss / Sigma lenses, etc...
Travel less than 25 miles is free
Travel over 25 miles is charged at current US GSA rate ( $0.67 per mile as of 2024-01-01)
Travel with a trailer is charged at US GSA rate + $0.20 per mile
Travel over an hour away may also incurs an hourly rate of $40 /hr.
1/2 day / 5 hours max = $225
Full day / 10 hours max = $400
Overtime over 10 hrs = $50 /hr.
1/2 day / 6 hour = $400
Full day / 12 hour = $750
Overtime over 12 hrs = $75 /hr.
Flying in class G uncontrolled airspace: $150 /hr.
Flying in controlled airspace: $175 /hr.

For an additional 10% of the quoted price (minimum fee of $250), the weather assurance plan allows the following:
If the event must be canceled due to weather and staff has not started driving to the event, then you may reschedule for any date not already booked for no additional fee
If the event must be canceled due to weather and staff has started driving to the event or has already arrived, then you may reschedule for any date not already booked and only paying for mileage and time traveling
Data storage may incur a daily rate of $1 /tb if media storage is not provided
All data may be deleted after 30 days if client has not provided media storage
Client is responsible for purchasing flash drives or hard drives for data transfer if file sizes are over 25gb in size
